We have heard this matter for some time. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation spelling out the expectation and demands of the Petitioner while the process of privatization of Shipping Corporation of India is taken to its logical end.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

We direct the Petitioner to exercise the liberty so granted by this Court by filing appropriate representation before Respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of the order, and in case, such a representation is filed within the time given by this Court, same shall be decided by Respondent No.2 in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the representation of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the Petitioner's representation before Respondent No.2. Petitioner's representation may appear before Respondent No.2 on 7th August, 2023, if the representation is filed within the time given by this Court. 4.
All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
