Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the first to fourth respondents. Writ Petition filed by the applicant has been dismissed in exercise of powers under Rule 986 of the Original Side Rules. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support of Notice of Motion, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). If all office objections are not removed within the stipulated time of four weeks from today, the order of dismissal shall stand.
