Further to the order dated 3.02.2017, the Court has allowed applicant to take out an application for leave to amend the Execution Application. Accordingly, applicant has filed a chamber order and the Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master, by his order dated 27th March 2017 has referred the Chamber Order to this Court for hearing. Mr.Nagvadaria for respondent states that he has no objection for the amendment. Therefore, leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

Matter be listed for directions on 1st September 2017. Chamber order accordingly disposed.
