The grievance of the Petitioners is that though a representation has been made by them to the Respondent - Corporation, seeking redevelopment of their building under Regulation 33(7) of the Development Control Regulations for Mumbai, their representation is not yet decided. 2.

WPL. 479-16 this petition, petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent Corporation to decide the representation of the Petitioners dated 25th November, 2009, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of 8 weeks, on merits and in accordance with law.
