When this petition filed under Sections 14 and 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, was heard by this Court on 7 June, 2022, learned Counsel for the respondent had stated that the learned Arbitrator is in the process of pronouncing the Award. He had accordingly placed on record a letter dated 9 May 2022 as addressed by the learned Arbitrator to the parties requesting to forward requisite stamp paper for publishing the arbitral award. It was hence observed that the learned Arbitrator inform the parties as to when an award would be pronounced.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has tendered, for perusal of the Court, the arbitral award dated 10 June 2022 as published by the learned Sole Arbitrator Shri.S.C.Dhawan, which was pronounced in the presence of both the parties.

In view of these developments, the petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly disposed of, however, keeping open all the contentions of the parties on any challenge to the arbital award. 4.

Disposed of. No costs.
