The Applicants are the ex-employees of M/s. Transpower Engg. Pvt. Ltd. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicants within a period of six months from the date of this order. The Company Application is accordingly disposed of.
