The petitioner's sole prayer was for early disposal of the second appeal No.49 of 2017. The said appeal stands disposed of by an order dated 12th September, 2019. In that view of the matter, the main prayer of the petitioner does not survive. If the case of the petitioner is that pursuant to such order in the second appeal, the proceedings are remanded and the petitioner requires urgent further orders, it would be open for the petitioner to request to the competent authority for expeditious disposal of such remand application. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
