Perused the Report. Though, the order appointing the Court Receiver has been passed by this Court on 25-06-2014, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has not lodged the order with the Office of the Court Receiver. In view thereof, the Court Receiver has taken out the above Report seeking discharge in the matter. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner admits that this is due to inadvertence on his part and undertakes to lodge the order with the office of the Court Receiver on or before 25-02-2015. The undertaking is accepted. The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of.
The Petitioner shall pay costs of this Report to the Court Receiver on or before 25-02-2015.
