The counsel for claimant states that as notice was transmitted to the addresses of respondent given in the cause title of the execution application, in three of the addresses the packets were not accepted but returned with endorsement "left" and in one address, which is at Altamount Road, Mumbai, it was refused. The counsel for claimant relies upon a photocopy of an affidavit of one Pravin V. Kajrekar, Bailiff, affirmed on 5th April 2017. The original is not found in the records and proceedings. The photocopy is taken on record.

In view thereof, notice is made absolute. Claimant to take steps in execution within four weeks from today, failing which the execution application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
