The learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions states that the petitioners will make a representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from today incorporating the grievances made in this petition and calling upon the first respondent to perform its statutory duty. We accept the said statements.

We accordingly dispose of the petition by passing the following order:

(I) It will be open for the petitioners to make a representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from today;

(II) If such representation is made, the same shall be decided by the first respondent as expeditiously as possible and in any event,

oswp2214 within a period of six weeks from the date on which the representation is made;

(III) Along with the representation, the petitioners shall produce an authenticated copy of this order before the first respondent who shall act upon the said order;

(IV) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(V) The petition is disposed of.
