907 FAP NO.15-2016.DOC child Nidan is today about four and a half years old. He has been previously operated for a cleft lip and palate. The adoptive parents are aware of this. He also has a small hearing loss in both ears which requires further evaluation and which the parents have agreed to address. Their financial and social background indicate that they are in a position to provide proper care for the minor. Both adoptive parents are teachers.
