The Court Receiver was appointed by an order of this Court dated 07-02-2013. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has not lodged the order with the Office of the Court Receiver. Even today, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, the Court Receiver Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder :

(a) Court Receiver be discharged in view of the nonlodgment of the proceedings by the Petitioner; (b) The cost, charges of Court Receiver may kindly be directed to be paid by the Petitioner payable to the Office of the Court Receiver;

(c) costs of this Report in the sum of Rs.3,000/- be recovered from the Petitioner therein.
