By consent of the Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing of accounts in view of non-lodgment of Petitioner and order by Petitioner Company;

(b) The costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver may kindly be directed to be paid by the Petitioner payable to the office of the Court Receiver;

(c) Cost of this Report in the sum of Rs.3,000/- the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver.".
