"(a) Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay be discharged forthwith in respect of the suit vehicle in view of the settlement of dispute without passing accounts, but on payment of his costs, charges and expenses by the Petitioner; (c) Cost of this Report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- from the Suit account;
