Petitioner has filed draft of the Judge's order for seeking ex-post facto permission to sale the property, along with affidavit affirmed on 08.05.2023, copy of the grant issued on 18.08.2022, copy of the letter issued by the MAHADA along with its translation and copy of the sale deed executed and registered on 08.02.2023with Sub-Registrar Office, Mumbai-4 and affidavit of legal heirs Balamurgan Gnanselvi. 2.

There are corrections in a draft which are required to be carried out. Petitioner to carry out the corrections which are suggested. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that there are minor corrections and therefore, she will correct it and submit to the office. Upon relying upon this submission, the petition is removed from the board. 3.

The office to register the Judge's Order, if is found complete in all respect including pagination and marking of exhibits, etc. and after having been initialed by the under signed.
