The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff has sought leave to withdraw the Commercial IPR Suit No.286 of 2022 on the ground that in Commercial Execution Application (L) No.20885 of 2022. Consent Terms have been arrived at between the Plaintiff and Defendants herein.

Under Clause 14 of the Consent Terms dated 2nd November, 2023, the Applicant who is the Plaintiff herein agrees, confirms and undertakes that within 15 days from execution of the Consent Terms and order in terms thereof, the Applicant shall withdraw the Commercial IPR Suit No.286 of 2022 and all pending Interim Applications therein, with a view to avoid protracted litigation and composite settlement arrived at. The Consent Terms have been annexed to the praecipe filed by the Advocates for the Plaintiff at Annexure '
A'.

In view thereof, the leave is granted.

Commercial IPR Suit No.286 of 2022 is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of disposal of the Suit, the Interim Applications, if any, do not survive and are disposed of accordingly. 6.
Refund of Court Fees in accordance with Rules. [R.I. CHAGLA J.] 2/2
