(i) The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay is appointed Receiver in respect of the properties more particularly described in prayer clause (a) of the Petition.

(ii) The Respondents undertake not to sell, alienate, encumber, part with possession and/or create third party rights in respect of the properties described in prayer clause (a) of the Petition. 2.
