The learned Advocate for the Respondent - Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd., states that an Arbitrator is already appointed by them to decide the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The Arbitrator shall adjudicate all the claims of the Applicant as well as the Counter Claim of the Respondent. The statement is accepted.
