On 21.07.2023, this Court had expressed a prima facie view that the present application may have to be dismissed, in the light of the earlier order dated 24.01.2017, passed by this Court, when an application filed on an earlier occasion for identical relief, had been disposed of. Copy of the said order is at Exhibit C to the affidavit in reply.

Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that there are at least two more suits concerning the parties, one being Suit No.800 of Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

If the parties so desire, appropriate applications can be moved on the administrative side for clubbing the suits. 4.

By reserving liberty to the parties to move on the administrative side, if so advised, the present application is disposed of.
