For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the above Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore the Company Petition No.142 of 2014 which is dismissed for nonprosecution, for non-compliance of conditional order dated 7th November, 2014 ;

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant two weeks

Nitin 2 / 2 MNOB-CAL-134-2015 time to the Petitioner for depositing an amount of Rs.10,000/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court towards publication charges".
