Shri Dastoor states that the company registrar has advertised the notice of dismissal in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 27th February 2018. Petitioner to advertise, as per the format prescribed by the company department, in Free Press Journal and Navshakti the fact that this petition has been restored and that it will be heard finally in due course. This advertisement to be given within one week from today. Company Application disposed.
