Heard the counsel for applicant and also considered the affidavit in support. Ms.Shaikh appearing for respondent-company leaves it to the Court but adds that she has no instructions to consent. Having heard Shri Dastoor for applicant and also considered the affidavit in support. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Petition is restored to file.

904.ca.86.2018.cp.928.2014.doc Shri Dastoor states that within one week from today, petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. Shri Dastoor states that the company registrar has advertised the notice of dismissal in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 27th February 2018. Petitioner to advertise, as per the format prescribed by the company department, in Free Press Journal and Navshakti the fact that this petition has been restored and that it will be heard finally in due course. This advertisement to be given within one week from today. Company Application disposed.
