The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed on behalf of the Plaintiff and on behalf of the 1st and 3rd Defendants. The 2nd Defendant is SRA. It is not required to sign those Consent Terms. In any case, by consent, the 2nd Defendant is being deleted from the Suit. Defendant No. 3 is the proposed Defendant, is to be added by these Consent Terms. 11th January 2017

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Amendment to add Defendant No. 3 is permitted and that amendment shall be carried out on or before 16the January 2017 without need of reverification.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. All interim proceedings, if any, stand disposed of. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 4.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 5.
