DATE : 10th March, 2015.

P.C.

1) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the Change Reports have been filed before the Charity Commissioner, same are pending for quite sometime. We are informed that the eleven Change Reports are pending before Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

2) The Charity Commissioner has submitted a report to the Government Pleader in which he has stated that two posts are vacant for a long time and now the Assistant Charity Commissioner has been appointed on 17th October, 2014. It is, therefore, submitted that no direction for deciding the Change Reports in the time bound schedule may be issued. We are aware of the pendency of the matters before the Charity Commissioner. We, therefore, direct that the Charity Commissioner to expeditiously decide the pending Change Reports, preferably within a period of six months. Liberty to apply. Writ petition is disposed of in terms of this order. (A.R. JOSHI, J) (V.M.KANADE,J) Ladda RS
