Heard the learned counsel for the parties on Notice of Motion seeking restoration of Writ Petition (L) No. 393 of 2015 which suffers dismissal on account of non compliance office objection. Since there is delay in filing Notice of Motion, the prayer has been made to condone the delay.

We have gone through the reasons stated for non removal of the office objections within time. The mistake appears bonafide on the part of a clerk of the advocate. In the circumstances, accepting the reasons stated, the Notice of Motion is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

Writ Petition (L) No. 393 of 2015 is ordered to be restored accordingly to its original number. Office objection is to be removed within four weeks.
