For reasons mentioned in the report, order in terms of prayer clauses-(a), (b) & (c) is granted. Non bailable warrant be issued against the insolvent since he has been missing/absconding for a very long time and not responding to the notices issued by this court. Warrant be made returnable on 17.4.2018.

Prayer clauses (a) (b) & except bracketed portion in prayer clause-(c) read as under :- KJ

2/2 INPT23.14-48 "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Official Assignee to make a Look Out Circular (LOC) opening request to the Deputy Director/Immigration, Bureau of Immigration Head Quarters, East Block-VII, Sector-I, New Delhi-66 and upon receipt of such request from the Official Assignee, the Deputy Director/Immigration may be directed to immediately issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) opening against the Insolvent viz. Navin Jha and to continue the said Look Out Circular (LOC) until further orders ;

(b) The Service provider viz. UNINOR of Mobile No.9175020216 and The Commissioner of Police, Pune, Maharashtra, may be directed to find out/trace out the user of Mobile No.91750202216 viz. Manjitshing NK Rd., who is friend of the Insolvent and the Commissioner of Police, Pune, Maharashtra may be further directed to get information from said Manjitshing NK Rd. regarding whereabouts of the Insolvent viz.Navin Jha ;

(c) A Non-Bailable warrant may be issued against the Insolvent viz., Navin Jha with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai to arrest the said Insolvent immediately and to produce him before this Hon'ble Insolvency Court for further necessary action against the said Insolvent."
