The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of repeated request, the amount due and payable to the Petitioner has not been paid by the Respondent-Bank. He submits that the Dy. Registrar Cooperative Societies has addressed a letter to the first Respondent on 26th December, 2017 for taking appropriate action about the payment of fees but till date nothing has been done by the first Respondent.

Having considered the statement made by the learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that the appropriate decision is required to be taken by the first Vishal Parekar 1/2

25-WP-824-2018.doc Respondent in regard to the Petitioner's fees amount, we dispose of this Petition by directing the first Respondent to examine the Petitioner's claim and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
