The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The three-member tribunal commenced its hearing on 20th December 2018. Time had been extended for six months by consent of parties. There was a previous extension granted by this Court on 5th August 2019.

Both sides have led considerable evidence. There is a companion petition seeking assistance of the Court in issuing a witness summons to one final witness.

In this view of the matter, I will extend time for completion of the arbitration and extend the arbitral mandate until 31st March 2021.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
