It is agreed between Counsel that the matter can go back to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal No.2 for decision of all issues afresh. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order of the Tribunal dated 28 July 2014 and remanding the matter back to the Tribunal for decision of the matter Pg 1 of 2

While deciding the matter, the Industrial Tribunal shall take into account the material already placed on record, including the issues and also order passed by this Court on 8 February 2016. Tribunal shall decide the matter as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four months from today. 3.
