Mr. Raghunath, Deputy Official Liquidator states that respondent company - Palace Gardens Chennai Sez Pvt. Ltd. is already in liquidation pursuant to order dated 12th June, 2017 in Company Petition No.298 of 2015.

In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed with liberty to petitioner to file an affidavit of proof of debt with Official Liquidator. In the event, the order of winding up in company petition no.298 of 2015 is recalled or set aside, liberty is given to petitioner in the present petition, to apply to this Court for revival of the petition and to apply for an order of winding up against respondent company.
