Mr. Rajani, counsel for petitioner states that by an order dated 30th October, 2017, respondent has been ordered to be wound up. Mr. Rajani further states that liberty be granted to petitioner to withdraw this petition and lodge their claim with the Official Liquidator or take out such appropriate proceedings as advised in accordance with law. Mr. Rajani states that if at all this order of winding up of respondent is set aside, liberty be granted to petitioner to revive this petition. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberties as sought. Company application no.623 of 2017 also accordingly stands disposed.
