On 13.07.2017 we had called out the matter in the morning session as also in the afternoon session. However, none appeared for the Petitioner. In the interest of justice, we adjourned the matter to 20.07.2017. On 20.07.2017 also when the matter was called out, none appeared for the Petitioner. Still to give one more opportunity, we adjourned the matter to 27.07.2017 with observation that the same would be dismissed if it is not worked out.
