The present application seeks a direction to allow the applicant to utilize Rs.2,48,53,113/- for payment of legal expenses as set out in the application. In the circumstances, I pass the following order :- (i) IA is disposed by consent in terms of prayer clause (a) of the IA.

(ii) This order will not prejudice the plaintiffs' case in Appeal No.53 of 2020.

(iii) IA is disposed in the above terms.
