Heard Mr. Agarwal. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Notice of Motion. For the reasons set out in that Affidavit, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Mr. Agarwal agrees and undertakes to remove all office objections by 29th April 2016. Mr. Agarwal agrees not to apply for an extension of time under any circumstances. He also agrees that if office objections are not removed by that date, the Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and that

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
