In view of the affidavit in reply filed by Assistant Official Liquidator affirmed on 8th June 2018, in which it is stated that the Corporation Bank has taken possession of the assets mentioned therein under the Securitization Act 2002, Mr. Pakale seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Application dismissed as withdrawn.

Applicant is at liberty to approach Official Liquidator and file its affidavit of proof of claim for the outstanding charges, which applicant states has not been paid by the Company (in liquidation).
