Have heard the counsel for applicants and also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned therein, the notice of motion is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). The undertaking of the counsel for applicants to remove all office objections and get the execution application numbered within four weeks is accepted. It is made clear that if office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, execution application will stand dismissed without further reference to this court.
