Mr. Garad states that yesterday claimant's representative went to serve notice on respondents but found that the address of respondent no.1 has been sealed by one Mahesh Co-operative Bank and address of Gauri Gaekwad
2/2 13 to 18.N-310-2017.doc respondent no.2 has been auctioned by Thane Sahakari Bank Limited. The notices have been lodged some time in February 2017 and the execution applications have been lodged some time in the year 2016. For two years no steps have been taken.
Therefore, notices and execution applications dismissed with liberty to file fresh execution applications/revive these execution applications as and when respondents are traced. Respondents to be traced within eight weeks from today, failing which the liberty granted will stand recalled. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
