The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that the structures subject matter of the impugned notices have been already demolished and in fact for construction of a new building, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has granted IOD on th July, 2014. He states that on the basis of the IOD, the construction upto the six floors has been already made. We accept the said statement. In view of the statement and in view of the fact that the structures subject matter of the notices have already been demolished, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of.
