Learned senior counsel appearing for the 1st respondent on instructions states that the tender process subject matter of this Petition has been cancelled due to lapse of budgetary provision. He states that a fresh tender process will be initiated.

There is a challenge in this Petition to the circular dated 8th December 2016 and policy of the Municipal Corporation. However, in view of cancellation of the tender, the issues raised have became academic .

Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition. However, it will be RKMore 1 of 2
