The Suit is listed for 'Withdrawal'. The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff states that the Defendant Nos.1 and 2 both have passed away. He tenders two death certificates, one is dated 30.4.2015 in respect of Defendant No.1 and the second death certificate of the Defendant No.2 is dated 22.4.2015. Copies are taken on record. As far as Defendant No.3 is concerned, it is a co-operative society, which is represented by its Secretary Mr. Vagal. He tenders a letter of authority in his favour. He also states that the Society has no objection to the Suit being withdrawn. In the circumstances, on the application of the Plaintiff No.1, who is present in the Court I pass the following Order;
