The learned Advocates appearing for the Petitioners and Respondent No.3 have tendered Consent Terms dated 26 th December, 2019. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Writ Petition be disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms with a direction that the order of status quo granted by this Court by its ad-interim order dated 18 th February, 2019 and continued from time to time, be extended upto 7 th February, 2020.

The Consent Terms dated 26 th December, 2019 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioners as well as the General Manager and Authorized Signatory of Respondent No.3 and the Advocates for the Petitioners and Respondent No.3. The undertakings recorded in SSP 1/2

4wp 2950 of 2019.doc the Consent Terms are accepted. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'. It is clarified that the Municipal Corporation is not a party to the Consent Terms, however, the order of status quo passed by this Court shall continue upto 7 th February, 2020.
