After this writ petition was argued for some time and in the light of the disputed issues particularly on facts, we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief in writ jurisdiction. Finding that to be the position, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. 2.
