2 Ms Bhansali states she was held up in another court and hence could not be present when the petition was called out. She expressed regret and requests the petition be restored. Petition is restored to file.

3 Ms Bhansali states her instructions are petitioner has engaged the services of a counsel Dr. Jayshree Patil. As last chance and purely by way of indulgence, stand over to 13th October 2023. Ms Jain states that despite sending emails on 6th October 2023 and also last night, petitioner has not been reverting with instructions. Ms Jain states there has been no response whatsoever. Petition dismissed.
