In the absence of Advocate for the applicant, I considered the chamber summons and the affidavit in support. The relief sought is to bring on record the legal heirs of one of the legal heirs of the deceased since the said legal heir expired on 3rd September 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my view, no prejudice will be caused to any party if the chamber summons is allowed. In the circumstances, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. The chamber summons accordingly disposed.
