In view of the fact that against the impugned order dated 11.12.2017, statutory appeal lies before the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, we permit the petitioner to file such appeal before the said Tribunal. If such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits without reference to limitation, particularly looking to the fact that the petitioner, under the belief that at the relevant time, the Tribunal was not functional, had filed this petition before the High Court
