This is a Notice of Motion seeking leave of the Court to allow Plaintiff No.1 to take his minor son Sarosh to the United Kingdom from 29.4.2016 to 19.5.2016. The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff No.2 has filed Affidavit confirming that the second Plaintiff has no objection to vacation access in respect of her son Sarosh in accordance with the Consent Terms dated 18.12.2009. On instructions, she further states that the Plaintiff No.2 has no objection if this Motion is allowed. By consent, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which is reproduced below:

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Plaintiff No.1 to take the minor son to UK from 29th April, 2016 to 19th May, 2016;

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the mother of Plaintiff No.1 to pick up the child from the Plaintiff No.2 on 29th April 2016 and return the child to the Plaintiff No.2 on 19th May 2016;" The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff No.2 states that the passport of the minor child will be handed over to the Plaintiff No.1 or his Advocate on or before 15.3.2016.
