The Petitioner has challenged the proposal for redevelopment of the subject property under section 33(10) of DCR.

The Petitioner now has remedy of challenging the said proposal before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee under the Notifcation dated 08.03.2017 issued by the State Government.

In the circumstances, the Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee.
