The parties have amicably settled the dispute and they have tendered the consent terms. Consent terms are signed by all the parties and their respective advocates. Undertaking given by the parties in the consent terms is also accepted. It appears that only one 1 / 2

CONPWL. 20-17 of the Petitioners has not signed the consent terms since he is hospitalised. Liberty is granted to the said Petitioner to file affidavit stating therein that he has accepted the consent terms. The contempt petition and the notice of motion are disposed of in view of the consent terms, which have been filed.
