At the time of argument, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the documents as directed by the Chief Information Commissioner will be handed over to the petitioner during the course of the day for which the petitioner has to approach the 1st Appellate Information Officer-respondent No.2 today at 05.00 p.m. The statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy as may be available to him for further compliance of the order (Exhibit E) passed by the State Chief Information Commissioner.
