In view of the proposal submitted by Respondent No.2 in favour of the Petitioners, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Representation dated 23 April 2014 of the Petitioners as early as possible and preferably within four weeks from today.

In view of the fact that the Petition is pending since 2013 and the Representation is not yet decided, though positive proposal was forwarded, we are granting liberty to the Petitioners to revive the present Uday P. Kambli 1/2
