The counsel for petitioner, however, states that the notice that was sent under Rule 28 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 has come back undelivered with the endorsement "left" and when he checked the MCA website today for the Company Master Data, it appears that the registered addressed has changed. The counsel for petitioner tenders print out of the Company Master Data taken out today. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
